Program Format

Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: 2 sessions/week (fitness + mentorship)

Location: Los Campeones Gym (Minneapolis) or Partner-hosted spaces (churches, gyms, community centers)

Weekly Breakdown:
Week 1–2: Foundations – fitness assessments, group dynamics, mindset work
Week 3–5: Strength & Support – physical conditioning, nutrition basics, emotional wellness
Week 6–7: Leadership – communication skills, vision-setting, resilience building
Week 8: Culmination – fitness challenge, goal reflection, closing ceremony
