Train-A-Teen is a free, faith-based youth mentorship ministry serving boys aged 10–17 in the Minneapolis area. Through physical training, life coaching, nutrition support, and spiritual development, we give boys the structure, brotherhood, and positive male role models they need to thrive.

The TRAIN-A-TEEN program is designed for boys ages 11–17 in the Minneapolis area who are ready to grow in confidence, strength, and purpose. Whether you're a parent, guardian, educator, coach, or community member—you can refer a teen who’s ready for guidance, structure, and a positive environment.
